# Support Assisted SAML

In addition to the listed providers we support any authentication system that works with SAML.

Send the following information to support@nucleussec.com:

1. SSO Domains
2. IDP provider Issuer ID (sometimes calls entityID)
3. IDP SSO URL
4. X.509 cert for the service
5. Any email domains you wish to authenticate with
6. If you are setting up token encryption, state you want encryption

Note specific field names may vary depending on your SSO provider. These fields can frequently be found in an XML export of the SAML parameters.

Send these fields to [support@nucleussec.com](http://support@nucleussec.com) along with any email domains you wish to authenticate with and we'll get you set up. 

If you are setting up token encryption, state you want encryption. After your Nucleus support representative provides you with your SSO URL, confirm the URL includes the parameter "`?sso=`", which is required for token encryption.
