# ServiceNow Basic Ticketing

Connector Deprecation Notice

Please note that the ticketing functionality in the ServiceNow Basic connector has been deprecated. New and existing customers should not use this functionality and instead use the [ServiceNow App for ITSM](/v1/docs/servicenow-app) connector to achieve advanced ticketing workflows.

The asset sync (CMDB) functionality is still supported, however in future a new connector will be released to replace the functionality in the basic connector too.
