During vulnerability analysis, it is common to make observations that you want to document for yourself or your team. Vulnerability notes can easily be added to any vulnerability in VIP.
From the Vulnerabilities page, click on a vulnerability to drill down into the vulnerability details.
From the vulnerability details page for any vulnerability, click the Notes button in the upper right corner.

Enter your note into the text area, then click the Submit button.
By default, notes will be viewable and searchable by other people in your organization. Toggle the switch to make the note private (visible/searchable to only you).
