ServiceNow App for ITSM
Overview
The Nucleus ServiceNow App connector integrates directly with ServiceNow via the Nucleus Security app in the ServiceNow Store. It enables flexible ticketing into Incidents or any table extending Task, and is designed for advanced workflows and highly customized ServiceNow environments.
Important
This integration is highly configurable and typically requires coordination between a ServiceNow administrator and a Nucleus specialist. Contact your Nucleus representative if you need assistance.
